Our entrance is in the blue building, under the starburst sign. Osito shares an entrance with sister restaurant & bar Liliana. While street parking is available, it is a challenge to find after 5 P.M. We highly recommend opting for an alternative mode of transportation for the most convenient and comfortable arrival.

LATE POLICY
Tardiness in excess of 30 minutes may be subject to a cancellation of your booking. We will make our best effort to accommodate unforeseen delays, but our style of service limits our ability to seat late arrivals more than 30 minutes past your reservation time. We appreciate your understanding and timeliness. We do not provide refunds or rescheduling for late cancellations past the 30 minute window.
ALLERGIES
Our ingredients are lovingly curated daily from the local farmer’s market and we work hard to accommodate most allergies and dietary restrictions. For the most enriching dining experience, we ask that allergies and food restrictions be disclosed 24 hours prior to the start of service so that we may appropriately accommodate your needs.
Guests with highly restrictive diets may not receive a substitute for all dishes, as our menu already requires an enormous amount of effort to prepare. Dietary restrictions not disclosed 24 hours prior to the start of service will not be accommodated.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
Prior to 72 hours of the reservation date, cancellations will receive a full refund and you may reschedule without incurring a fee. Within 72 hours of the reservation, you are welcome to transfer your tickets to others. Otherwise, 50% of the total cost of your reservation is considered a non-refundable deposit. Any cancellations or rescheduling within 72 hours of the reservation will forfeit this deposit. Rescheduling incurs an additional charge of $50 per person.
