Our entrance is in the blue building, under the starburst sign. Osito shares an entrance with sister restaurant & bar Liliana. While street parking is available, it can be a challenge to find parking after 5 P.M. We highly recommend opting for an alternative mode of transportation, such as MUNI, taxi, or rideshare for the most convenient and comfortable arrival.
OSITO POLICY
Osito’s high-energy communal dining experience begins promptly at the given reservation time. Only complete parties will be seated. We encourage guests to check in early and enjoy a libation at our cocktail bar Liliana, which opens at 5pm Tuesday-Saturday.
GENERAL
Osito’s high-energy communal dining experience begins promptly at the given reservation time. Only complete parties will be seated. Our dining experience lasts about 2 1/2 hours for parties of up to 4 and up to 3 hours for any parties larger than that.
LATE POLICY
Tardiness in excess of 20 minutes may be subject to a cancellation of your booking. We will make our best effort to accommodate unforeseen delays, but our style of service limits our ability to accommodate late arrivals We appreciate your understanding and timeliness. We do not provide refunds or rescheduling for late cancellations past the 20 minute window.
ALLERGIES
Our ingredients are lovingly curated daily from the local farmer’s market and we work hard to accommodate most allergies and dietary restrictions. For the most enriching dining experience, we ask that allergies and food restrictions be disclosed 24 hours prior to the start of service so that we may appropriately accommodate your needs.

Guests with highly restrictive diets may not receive a substitute for all dishes, as our menu already requires an enormous amount of effort to prepare.

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & TRANSFERS
Within 72 hours of the reservation, you are welcome to transfer your tickets to others. Fifty percent of the total cost of your reservation is considered a non-refundable deposit. Any cancellation or rescheduling within 72 hours of the reservation will forfeit this deposit. Rescheduling within 72 hours incurs an additional charge of $50 per person. Refundable cancellations or rescheduling requests will not be accommodated with less than 24 hours notice. Unfortunately no exceptions can be made to our policies. Staffing and preparation for our experience starts several days in advance, and these policies help to partially offset the loss of ingredients and labor that cannot be recouped so close to the reservation.
